In 2022, despite the difficult situation in the country, our company with the "Panfruit Ukraine" brand start a new berry project - the sublimation of raspberries and strawberries.
The first freeze drier machine with 100 kg capacity of frozen raw materials starts working in July 2022. Two more such machines will be operational by the end of the year.
We are planning to sublimate nectarines, melons, raspberries, strawberries and other berries and fruits.
For the start of the new project we have built a new workshop for three freeze dried machines with all needed equipment. At the first stage we sublimate our own berries - organic raspberries and strawberries, but we have already concluded agreements for the supply of organic melons, nectarines, apples, etc.
All processes are carried out in strict compliance with HACCP requirements, moreover, we started work entering this type of activity into the Organic Standard and FSSC 22000 certificates.
Our customers can taste the first samples of our freeze-dried products already at the world organic forum Biofach 2022 in Nuremberg at the end of July. The products will be presented under the "Panfruit" trademark.
